Pat Crosson, Principal, is a serial entrepreneur covering a broad range of industries from food to entertainment to finance. He has significant experience in strategic planning, investments, business development, and mergers and acquisitions. He co-founded a $3 million seed capital fund and was a partner in Liberty BIDCO Development Corporation during its capital formation and start-up.
Pat began his career at Michigan National Bank before launching his own companies such as Arrow Cold Storage, Graphic Promotions, Inc., Main Street America, Inc., Crosson & Company, Axiom Entertainment, and Axiom TV, an Internet television network. Now as a principal in Fulcrum Edge, Pat brings his expertise in planning, finance and entrepreneurship to assist companies, agencies and institutions in growth and execution.
Pat has a Bachelors of Science degree in Finance and an MBA in Accounting & Management from the University of Detroit. He currently sits on the boards of numerous companies and was a prior board member of Michigan National Corporation/Michigan National Bank, as well as an adjunct professor at Schoolcraft College. He has founded philanthropic nonprofits, is a board member of the Metropolis of Detroit (Greek Orthodox Archdiocese of America), the Orthodox Christian Mission Center in St. Augustine, Florida, and was awarded the title of "Archon, of the Order of Saint Andrew the Apostle, Archons of the Ecumenical Patriarchate," the longest standing honor in Christendom that can be conferred upon a layperson.
